Exceeded 6 miles walking today – averaging just under 6 per day for 2016

I love walking, and didn’t realize I was averaging 6 miles per day until yesterday. I like to start my day with a 2 mile walk, 30 minutes of weights and then to walk and/or bus as much as possible. It adds up. In general, I don’t like sitting. Usually, I’d rather either move – or sprawl 🙂
