I am worn out from a very busy few weeks (on top of my chronic fatigue 🙂 ). I have a busy morning of prep, then several important client meetings and prep for a Monday morning presentation. Then, starting at 7 pM tonight, we have a major birthday gala to go to that will surely go hours considering dinner is not served until 2 hours after the cocktail hour starts. How am I going to make it considering I can barely move? Not sure. It starts with an extra cup of coffee, putting a smile on my face, then one step at a time, pushing the overall day out of my head. On to the next step 🙂
Update: One step at a time worked. I am nearing the end of a successful work day.
